Form 11

Form 11 is a declaration form used under the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 and EPF-related processes. An employee joining an establishment covered by EPF generally provides Form 11 to declare relevant previous employment and provident fund details, helping determine and record the employee's EPF membership information.

In an HRMS, Form 11-related information can be maintained as part of employee onboarding and statutory records. HR teams can capture details such as previous employment, UAN information, EPF membership status, and other relevant declarations required by the organization's configured PF onboarding process.

Form 11 is particularly important during employee joining and onboarding because accurate previous-employment and PF information can help organizations maintain correct provident fund records and support applicable statutory processes. HRMS can centralize these declarations along with employee master data and employment history for easier record management and verification.

For CLMS (Contract Labour Management System), Form 11-related employment and PF information can be maintained for eligible contract workers where applicable. This can help organizations and contractors maintain structured workforce records and support PF-related onboarding and statutory administration according to applicable requirements.
