Role Purpose
Drive market success of our HRMS product by defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that clearly communicate value to HR leaders and business owners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own product messaging and positioning across all HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Attendance, Performance, etc.)
  • Translate product features into customer-centric value propositions
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and releases
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Develop sales enablement tools (pitch decks, demo scripts, case studies, FAQs)
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews
