Full-Time: Product Marketing Executive
Role Purpose
Drive market success of our HRMS product by defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that clearly communicate value to HR leaders and business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product messaging and positioning across all HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Attendance, Performance, etc.)
- Translate product features into customer-centric value propositions
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and releases
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Develop sales enablement tools (pitch decks, demo scripts, case studies, FAQs)
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews
- Support demand generation campaigns and product launches
- Track adoption metrics and campaign performance
Tools & Exposure
- CRM tools, analytics platforms, marketing automation tools
- Product roadmaps, customer feedback systems
Success Metrics
- Product adoption and feature usage
- Sales enablement effectiveness
- Campaign conversion rates
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS or HR Technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of HR processes and buyer personas
- Strategic thinking with execution capability
Internship: Product Marketing Intern
Role Purpose
Learn how SaaS products are positioned and marketed in the HR technology space.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing marketing content, presentations, and documentation
- Support competitor and market research
- Help maintain product pages and release notes
- Assist in campaign execution and product launches
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
