Form 10C

Form 10C is an EPFO (Employees' Provident Fund Organisation) form used by eligible EPF members to claim certain benefits related to the Employees' Pension Scheme (EPS), 1995. It is generally associated with withdrawal benefits or scheme-related benefits when an employee leaves employment, subject to applicable EPFO eligibility conditions and rules.

In an HRMS, Form 10C-related information can be connected with employee separation and statutory records. HR teams can maintain employee employment history, date of joining, date of exit, UAN-related information, service details, and other required records that may support the employee's EPFO-related processes.

Form 10C is particularly relevant during employee exit and final settlement workflows. Maintaining accurate employment and separation information in an HRMS can help HR teams prepare the necessary information and documentation for statutory processes, while the actual eligibility, claim submission, and approval remain subject to EPFO requirements.

For organizations using CLMS (Contract Labour Management System), relevant worker employment and separation records may also be maintained where applicable. Accurate workforce records can help support statutory documentation and contractor workforce administration, subject to the applicable employment arrangement and statutory requirements.
